Return to Body is a channel for nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic healing โ€” the practice of coming back into physical presence when the mind has been running the whole show. These are not meditation sessions in the traditional sense. They are guided audio journeys that use breath, body awareness, sensation tracking, and intentional sound to help your system downshift from survival mode into rest.

The practices draw from breathwork traditions, somatic therapy frameworks, and body-focused mindfulness. Each session begins where you are โ€” dysregulated, overstimulated, or simply numb โ€” and walks you back to ground. There is no right way to feel during a practice. Whatever arises is the practice.

These sessions are especially useful for those who struggle to meditate in the traditional sense โ€” whose minds won't quiet on command. The body doesn't need your mind to cooperate. It only needs permission.
